Cancellation Policy

For High School Students:

• Cancellations Made More Than 72 Hours Before the Scheduled Time:

  • If you cancel your appointment more than 72 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund minus our service fee.

• Cancellations Made Less Than 72 Hours Before the Scheduled Time:**

  • If you cancel your appointment less than 72 hours before the scheduled time, or if you do not show up at the scheduled appointment time, you will not be eligible for a refund. The college student will be paid in full, minus our service fees.

For College Students:

• Cancellations at Any Time:

  1. If you cancel the appointment at any time, or if you do not show up at the scheduled appointment time, the high school student will receive a full refund minus payment processing fees. A cancellation penalty will be applied to your account, affecting your eligibility for future tours.

Please ensure to communicate any changes in your schedule as early as possible to avoid penalties and ensure a smooth experience for all parties involved.
