Service Overview: Skala World provides a platform that connects college students to high school students. We facilitate the booking and management of services but are not the provider of these services.
3. User Accounts
Account Creation:
Users must create an account to use the services provided by Skala World. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep this information up-to-date. College students can only use their college email address. High school students do not have such a restriction. High school students can also authenticate to Skala using their Google or Facebook accounts.
Account Responsibilities:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Use of Service

You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.
Prohibited Use:
You are prohibited from using the site to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts, to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances, or to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees: Users of Skala World agree to pay the fees agreed upon with service providers through the platform. We may take a commission on these transactions.

Account Termination: Users can terminate their accounts at any time. Skala World also reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be in breach of these Terms of Service.
